Faulty Products

1.

On receipt of the Product/s you must check they match your order. If there is any problem, or if they are defective or damaged you must notify us within 3 days of receipt of the product/s. Claims may be reduced or rejected if we have not been given an opportunity to put matters right.

2. Claims on Products already fitted will only be considered if the product has been fitted as per our instructions (see Guide To Fitting New Unit) and will be assessed on a product to product basis – please E Mail us at warranty@directfit.co.uk to detail the fault.
3. In addition to the right to cancel an order as described in Returns Clause 1, if there is a problem with your order or the Product(s) you purchase is(are) faulty, we may make good any shortage or non-delivery, or offer an exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your consumer rights. Please e-mail us at  warranty@directfit.co.uk to arrange. Where Products are to be returned to us we will arrange this with you and we will pay for the reasonable cost of returning any faulty
