You may cancel your order (or any part of it) for any reason before despatch (where applicable) or within 3 days after the date of delivery (in the case of part orders) as long as the part or parts are in the original condition as shipped and not been fitted or damaged in any way by carrying out the following procedure:
a) in the first instance, e-mailing us at sales@directfit.co.uk or
b) writing to us at Direct Fit, c/o Cats & Pipes Ltd, Merllyn Office, Babell, Flintshire, CH8 8PZ, United Kingdom to cancel the order (or part of it) and/or arrange return;
In the E Mail or letter you must include a completed Goods Returns Note this will enable us to process your Return or Claim depending on whether the item is new and unused or used. Ensure you complete the correct section on the Goods Returns Note and provide us with all your contact details.

The right to cancel your order set out above is subject to the following conditions:
- As noted above – the part is in original shipped condition, not been damaged or fitted.
- You will receive (within 10 days of cancellation) a refund of the price paid in respect of that part of your order that is cancelled (including relevant delivery charges) less any collection or return costs or charges.
- We will also apply a 15% handling charge which will be deducted from your credit.
- If you cancel part of an order, we will recalculate any applicable delivery charge for the remaining part of the order and also deduct this from the refund;

if you paid for your order using a credit/debit card , we will refund you on the credit/debit card used to pay for the order;

You must arrange for the return of the Product(s) as soon as possible and must inform us within 3 days of the receipt of the product. Note - Unless the Product(s) is(are) faulty or not as described, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the Product(s) to us, or us collecting the Product(s) from you.

You have an obligation to keep the Product(s) you wish to return in your possession and to take reasonable care of the Product(s) at all times while they are in your possession. This means that you must not use the Products (except to the extent reasonably necessary to inspect and examine them).
